Nigel Cabourn X Umbro
We are getting back in the ring with iconic British designer Nigel Cabourn for round two with a vintage-inspired collection for Spring/Summer ‘22.
A cult designer, Nigel Cabourn’s collections are not influenced by ‘fashion’ trends but driven by inspirational stories of real people in history and vintage military, outdoor and workwear pieces.
For Spring/Summer ‘22, the collection takes its lead from vintage British Army recruit PT gear and the Army Gymnastic Staff of the era.
The standout piece is the POH Training Top. Inspired by the iconic Drill Top it features a self-fabric patch chest pocket and ‘UMBRO NC’ printed on the reverse. The look is completed with a distinctive cotton herringbone neck tape.
Further pieces include a zip-through Tracktop in French navy cotton sateen, matching logo-carrier pants and a selection of three short-sleeve polo shirts in dark navy, off-white, and washed army green.
